CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Repeated violations (3+ cancels/no-shows within 6 months) — future bookings will be paused indefinitely. Cash is preferred at checkout but not required.
